Recently, MAXTECH launched the MTC mast-type offshore crane, tailored for offshore operations. It's especially ideal for customers and applications that need non-metallic slewing bearings.
For customers and applications requiring offshore cranes with non-metallic slewing bearings, MAXTECH offers the MTC mast-type offshore crane. The patented slewing mechanism prevents the crane from “tilting” through selfalignment and also allows the gliding pads in the upper and lower bearing to be exchanged without the crane having to be lifted off the mast. The MTC cranes are available with either electric or diesel driven prime mover and can be designed for operation in either safe or hazardous areas.
Technical data:
• Boom configuration up to 78m
• Lifting capacity up to 2,000 t
Standard features include:
• MAXTECH crane management system for highly efficient operation
• Manual Overload Protection System (MOPS) and Automatic Overload Protection System (AOPS) to ensure maximum safety
• Hoist winches mounted inside the boom to prevent two-blocking
• Power output regulator to avoid power pack overloads and ensure optimal operating efficiency
In addition to these great features, the MTC mast-type offshore crane also has some very pratical advantages. for example:
1. User - friendly Control Panel
• The MTC mast - type offshore crane features a user - friendly control panel. The intuitive layout of buttons and joysticks enables novice operators to quickly master it. Despite its simplicity, functionality is not compromised. Operators can precisely adjust lifting, slewing, and booming speeds for delicate handling of valuable or fragile offshore cargo.
